Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information acornwildlife.com collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to schedule and perform wildlife work, we run basic analytics, and we never sell your information.

What We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect what the form asks for: your name, phone number, street address, town, the animal or problem you are describing, your preferred inspection window, and any photos or description you choose to include. If you call, text, or email us, we keep the contact history so we can serve you. That is the personal information we hold, and you gave all of it to us directly.
Like most websites, we also collect standard technical data automatically: pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you found us. We use Google Analytics for this. It helps us see which pages answer questions and which need work. This data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
How We Use It
✓ To respond to your inquiry, schedule inspections, quote and perform work, and honor the Seal-Tight Warranty.
✓ To keep job records, including inspection photos of your home's entry points, which back your quote and your warranty.
✓ To improve the website, using aggregated analytics.
✓ To send service-related messages, like appointment confirmations. We do not run email marketing lists unless you explicitly opt in to one.
What We Never Do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to lead resellers. Form submissions go to our Cherry Hill office (Office@AcornWildlife.com), not to a marketing network. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (website hosting, form delivery, scheduling and invoicing tools), who may use it solely to provide those services, and when the law requires disclosure.
Cookies and Analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and basic site function. You can block cookies in your browser settings without breaking anything important on this site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on acornwildlife.com.
Texting
If you text (856) 398-1028, we will text you back about your service request. We do not use your number for bulk marketing texts, and you can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may keep records the law or an active warranty requires). Email Office@AcornWildlife.com and we will handle it directly. New Jersey residents may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we honor requests regardless of which statute applies.
Children
This site is for homeowners and businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, the new version is posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes get a notice on this page, not silent edits.
