These terms govern your use of acornwildlife.com. They are short because the site is simple: we publish information about wildlife removal and you decide whether to hire us. Using the site means you accept these terms.

The Website Is Information, Not a Contract
Everything on this site (guides, FAQs, blog posts) is general information for South Jersey homeowners, published in good faith and kept as current as we can. It is not a binding quote, a service contract, or professional advice about your specific property. Actual work is governed by the written quote and service agreement you sign after an inspection, and the terms of the Acorn Seal-Tight Warranty are stated on your service paperwork and summarized on our warranty page.
Every Job Gets a Written Quote
We do not publish price lists, because roof height, entry count, litters, and damage all move real prices, which is why every job gets a written quote after an included inspection. The number you sign is the number that binds us, in both directions.
Safety Information and DIY
Our guides describe how professional wildlife work is done, including situations involving rabies-vector species, droppings, and structural repairs. They are not instructions for doing that work yourself. Handling wildlife can be dangerous and, in New Jersey, is regulated; some actions require an NJDEP license. If you attempt DIY removal or repairs based on anything you read here, you do so at your own risk.
Scheduling Requests
Submitting our contact form or texting us requests service; it does not create an appointment until we confirm one. We respond to living-space emergencies first and everything else in order. Information you submit is handled per our privacy policy.
Our Content
The text, photos, graphics, and the squirrel mascot on this site belong to Acorn Wildlife LLC or are used with permission. You are welcome to quote our guides with a link back. Do not republish whole pages, scrape the site into a competing service, or use our photos and branding to imply we endorse something we do not.
Third-Party Links
We link out to sources we trust (NJDEP, CDC, county shelters, our review profiles). Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent New Jersey law allows, Acorn Wildlife LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits the obligations we take on in a signed service agreement, the Seal-Tight Warranty as written on your paperwork, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by New Jersey law. If we update them, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
