The Inspection Is Free — and It Is the Whole House

Not a glance at the room where you hear the noise. A licensed technician walks the roofline, soffits, fascia, vents, chimney, the entire foundation line, the attic or crawl space, the decks and the yard, and finds every opening an animal is using along with the ones it would use next. It takes as long as it needs to take: often an hour, sometimes two.

No charge for the visit, whatever you decide afterwards

No call-out fee, no minimum, no signature on the day

Every entry point photographed and walked through with you

A written quote priced off what was actually found

The Acorn Process

How Acorn Removes Wildlife and Keeps It Out

Step 1

Inspect

Free full-home inspection, roofline to foundation, often an hour or two. You get a photo-documented map of every entry point, and no obligation to book anything.

Step 2

Remove

Humane trapping, one-way doors, or hands-on removal, matched to the species, the season, and NJ law.

Step 3

Seal

We repair and animal-proof every entry point with steel, hardware cloth, and proper flashing, backed by the Seal-Tight Warranty.

Step 4

Protect

Droppings cleaned, insulation assessed, sanitized, plus a prevention plan so this is the last time.

Exclusion: the part that matters

Why Removal Alone Never Solves the Problem

Trapping an animal without sealing the hole it used is a revolving door. The next raccoon finds the same gap. That's why every Acorn quote covers both: the removal and the exclusion repairs that keep your home closed for good.

Mike is super awesome and very professional. Did his work without disturbing me since I work from home. His explanations were easy to understand. Very kind and sweet to our family dog too! We went from a house run by squirrels in the attic and ceilings to quiet bliss a few days later. Most exited the home through the one way but a couple were trapped. Highly recommend Acorn to remedy pest removal! 10/10 job, Mike, thanks again!

Brandon with Acorn is the best! He thoroughly inspected our home and went over a detailed plan to remediate. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was such a pleasure to work with and is definitely my top choice for any pest control services!

Brandon at Acorn Wildlife went above and beyond for me, I cannot thank him enough! He came to address a very serious bat problem in my apartment within 24 hours of reaching out ON the fourth of July! He took all my concerns very seriously and did everything in his power to help me with the matter. Afterwards he wrote up a detailed letter for me to present to my apartment complex without any hesitation. I highly recommend Acorn Wildlife and wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Brandon was THE BEST! I had a terrible infestation (bats) and he took care of everything with such care & professionalism! He explained the entire process to me from beginning to end. He put everything in writing as well so the situation was well documented. Cannot give enough Stars to this company and unequivocally recommend them!

Brandon was great. He gave me pricing immediately and stood by it. I was put on the schedule right away, he called ahead and was very punctual. He took the time to explain what he was going to do to treat and remove the yellow jacket nests and what to look for the days following.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us Every Week

Do you handle dogs or cats?
No. Acorn Wildlife handles wild animals only. For stray or lost dogs and cats, contact your municipal animal control or your county shelter (Camden County Animal Shelter in Blackwood, Burlington County Animal Shelter in Westampton). We remove wild animals: raccoons, squirrels, bats, rats, mice, opossums, skunks, groundhogs, snakes, and birds.
Is your removal actually humane?
Yes. We use live traps, one-way doors, and hands-on removal, and we never separate mothers from litters. During baby season we remove families together. New Jersey law tightly restricts relocation, and we follow it; we'll always tell you honestly what happens to the animal.
How fast can you get here?
Free same-week inspections are standard across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Mercer, and Cumberland counties, and urgent situations (an animal in your living space) usually get a same-day or next-day visit from our Cherry Hill or Trenton office.
Why does every job include an inspection?
Because the animal you're hearing got in somewhere, and there's almost never just one gap. The inspection maps every entry point with photos, so your quote covers the fix, not just the symptom. It's included with every service.
What if the animals come back?
Exclusion repairs are covered by the Acorn Seal-Tight Warranty: if animals re-enter through a repair we made, we come back and make it right at no charge. The terms are in plain English on our warranty page.
